SLOW DRAIN? CLOGGED SEWER LINE?
WHY THE BRASS COUPLER
Many jetter hoses end in a 1/4-inch male thread. The brass coupler screws onto that thread and turns the end of the hose into a quick-connect socket. After that, the nozzle clicks in and slides back out when you pull the collar. No wrench, and no fresh thread tape every time you change tips.
Leave the coupler on the hose and swap between this nozzle and other 1/4-inch quick-connect tips in seconds.
The hose thread is sealed one time, not every job, so it is not worn down by repeatedly screwing tips on and off.
If your pressure washer wand already has a 1/4-inch quick-connect socket, the nozzle plugs straight in and the coupler can stay as a spare.
Choose the connection that matches your setup; always confirm thread size and pressure rating before use.
HOW TO USE IT
Wrap the 1/4-inch male thread on the hose with sealing tape and screw the brass coupler on tight.
Pull back the collar on the coupler, push the nozzle plug in and let go. Give it a tug to check it is locked.
Push the nozzle and a foot or two of hose into the drain before you turn the water on.
Start the pressure washer. The rear jets pull the hose forward. Feed it in slowly and work it back and forth through the clog.
Feed the nozzle into the pipe before you squeeze the trigger, and let go of the trigger before you pull it out. Wear eye protection.
